Dive with Majestic Manta Rays at Manta Point, Nusa Penida

Manta Point is famous for its population of reef mantas. These gentle giants, with wingspans reaching up to five meters, often gather here at cleaning stations where small fish remove parasites from their bodies. It's an incredible natural show that you can watch up close. Besides mantas, you might also spot reef sharks, turtles, stingrays, and a colorful variety of tropical fish. The underwater scenery is just as stunning, with dramatic rock formations and healthy corals.

It takes about 30 minutes by car from Kuta to Tanjung Benoa Beach and then approximately 1 hour 20 minutes by boat to the manta point for dive 1, afterward move to Crystal Bay and rest approximately 1 hour for lunch before dive 2. After dive 2 take a rest for approx.1 hour and then doing dive 3 in Crystal Bay again or move to another dive site.

Crystal clear water. It's interesting for snorkeling too. In manta point is the biggest apportunity to see manta in bali. In crystal bay is the biggest apportunity to see molamola (sun fish) especially when molamola season on August – October generally.

Diving Conditions
  • Difficulty: Moderate (best for divers with some experience)
  • Current: Can be strong — always follow your guide’s instructions.
  • Visibility: Good, usually between 10–20 meters.
  • Best Time to Visit: April to November (dry season), but mantas can be seen year-round!
Important Tips
  • Bring a wetsuit — the water at Manta Point can be colder than other sites in Bali.
  • Don't chase or touch the mantas; respect their space for an amazing, ethical encounter.
  • If you're not a diver, snorkeling tours are also available!
